They put on events year round, run a weekly craft club and even have their very own queer football team! Morecambe Community Riso Press
The Morecambe Community Riso Press is an artist-led, not for profit CIC providing access to our Riso printer for artists and groups to engage with this vibrant, low carbon way of printing, in order to create DIY prints, posters, flyers and zines. Creating connections with communities, charities, and collectives; activists, artists and individuals, who enjoy seeing things through the binoculars of creativity. The Morecambe Riso Studio Shop has plenty of Riso prints for sale, from the Riso Clubbers all printed on recycled paper with Riso plant based ink!

The Nib Crib - Writers Desk
The Nib Crib Writers Desk is spearheaded by Jim Lupton as an extension of the Nib Crib, and he has a very exciting book to sell! This book brings you writing from 39 local authors and came about following a series of conversations with Jim. Jim wanted the folk who attended the writing workshops and Get Your Words Out sessions (an inclusive event where you can come and read your writing aloud to a small audience) to have the opportunity of being published, and this book is the result!

Ian aka Mr Bee_fnd
If you're in the market for a beautiful new painting this holiday season look no further! Ian started attending the Good Things Art Studios initially at the Arndale venue as an artist member in October 23 and has really enjoyed being part of our creative community. In the New Year ahead he plans to develop his painting from his current figurative style to a more abstract one.
